The GLB Property Services business needed an IT system that could be designed for business growth from the outset, it was necessary for us to add additional users to our network and for all users to have access to the same data and use the same applications. 

While the business was expanding rapidly, having time to consider the best fit for our long- term IT needs seemed challenging. When GLB took occupation of a serviced Office Accommodation at Bayley House, I was advised that the in-house IT team would be able to help and configure my Pc’s for access to the complimentary Internet and telephony service available to me in my office. Following an initial understanding of GLB’s requirements, JBC were able to provide a recommendations report and plan, complete with price and specification details.  GLB proceeded with the recommendations and all the installations were completed, everything was delivered and installed in a fast and efficient manner.

 GLB have an annual IT support agreement with JBC which provides Immediate helpdesk support, with access to an appointed Account Manager and Technical Account Manager. A regular proactive update meeting takes place at agreed intervals for a mutual IT Update to ensure all is running smoothly and provides the opportunity to discuss new products and services or any change that may be beneficial to our Business.

We have become accustomed to the “Immediate” helpdesk and on-site support which is provided to a very high standard.
