An initial meeting and a fact finding exercise allowed both parties to understand and define an outline of the IT requirements, which in brief was a requirement for a bespoke national IT support service, with agreed SLA response timescales, The IT systems in use comprised mainly of remote workers with office 365, laptops and the provision of a secure e mail system with File collaboration. Following the initial meeting it was agreed that JBC would carry out an investigation of all the user machines and their configuration and performance. JBC provided a professional and speedy service direct contact was made with all IT users with remote support to check all laptops and pcs for update security and performance.
Upon completion of this investigation JBC provided a report regarding JBC’s findings along with recommendations for any further works. A further quotation for a rolling IT support service was also accepted.
Within 2 weeks a satisfactory IT support service from JBC IT SUPPORT was actively in place. All our IT users and the Management of EVN are happy and satisfied with the Efficient and reliable IT Cover in place with immediate helpdesk and direct remote support from JBC IT Support.
