We now have an on-going IT Support Agreement, our software and hardware is managed fully by JBC through one simple monthly payment with at least one annual review to ensure all is continuing to meet the needs of our business and our IT users. We have direct access to the helpdesk and on-site support based upon a guaranteed response Service Level Agreement which they have always met 100%.
